Pretty impressed about the Winter Flounder, hopefully they will let us have a season in the bay some year soon. Have only caught 1 in the last few years.
Has been 9 days since I went fishing so don't have good gouge but am going this afternoon into evening. You are welcome to come (shore trip) if you aren't working. Either way I will let you know how I do. Otherwise I might try Beavertail or Sachuets point as they are more oceanfront and have pretty good oxegen levels and both are fairly easy to get too.
Scott, how you been? I missed last meeting so not sure if you were there.... Gettin any fish lately? this is gettin to be about the time of the year you start crushing the blues at fort Adams yes? Any yet?
Scott, nice job with the surf bluefish, that was a very competitive catagory this year,
If you and TJ get some waders we can really make hay this season with the surf catagories. Pier actualy doesn't require waders and we ought to cover the fluke, scup tog and even bass there, but still think the waders will give you and advantage along the rest of the Navy base... you don't nmeed any help with the bluefish though looked like you got a fair number 9 lbs and up this year..
